He leads Johnson Controls Arabia’s growth strategy and PMO program, focusing on disruptive transformation, ESG, Net Zero, and digital district cooling to maximize value and compliance across the region.
He consults Johnson Controls’ Global Energy Policy Team, advocates for energy efficiency and environmental policy, and serves on global and regional committees including UNEP and SASO technical panels.
Maher holds degrees in engineering and finance, is a certified consultant, and president of ASHRAE Saudi Chapter. He’s also a certified diver, skipper, and 4th Dan Taekwondo black belt, blending leadership with passion.
